Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Owensboro Local is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

The site may also join affiliate programs from other retailers, such as Best Buy. When you buy something through one of these links, the site may earn a small commission. You don't pay anything extra.

What that means for you

• Affiliate links are used in the buying guides. Local guide pages link to official business and event websites, which are not affiliate links.
• Commissions don't decide what's recommended. Products are picked on specs, price and availability, and the cheapest reasonable option is listed even when it pays nothing.
• We don't claim hands-on testing unless we actually did it, and we don't publish fake reviews.
• Prices on the site are labeled with the date they were checked. The retailer's page always has the current price.
